So, whenever I play 1.0 my volume is very slight, no matter what setting I have it at. I have my speakers all the way up and my s_volume @ 2 and it sounds like people are whispering "medic!" (can't hear footsteps at all). When I play 1.4, my volume works fine... it's just 1.0. I tried doing s_stop, doesnt work. Anyone have this problem before? If so, how did you solve it? I really dont want to fucking reinstall 1.0 for like the 5th time in 6 months. I always get bunk ass 1.0 d/l's.

Check to make sure your wire in the back of your processor is not 75% in, sometimes you got to fix it because it's wiggled around...its happened with me in the past.

I'm going to assume you use the same config for both versions?
have you tried changing the volume up/down to see if it helps? I know whispers are bad but turn it down more and see if it actually adjust the volume at all.
If adjusting it up works.. then i would simiply adjust your s_volume up to a higher level.
if you want to try my wallhack put this in your cfg

.14 s_volume is tinyyyyyyyyyyy, you must have all your out game volume settings turned up heaps. i use like 1.2 also s_khz 44 or 88 ftw  |

For w/e reason my F binds dont work but regardless... I think I may just want to reinstall... My default settings dont produce volume on 1.0, my 1.4 is completely fine. Can some one give me a 1.0 d/l link that isnt bunk as fuck? That injectX sandmod shit blows. Also, this wolfpack d/l is obv not workin for me. Thank you all for your input and help

some one find me the downgrade from 1.33 to 1.0 plz, I tried googling it and I cant find it... that would make things a lot more simple. My current wolf doesnt let me have sound... and sometimes doesnt let me talk... when I try to press escape to change settings when its not letting me talk, it pulls up my desktop...I can't type /quit in console cuz nothing will type. So I have to ctrl alt delete. 1.0 is so fucking glitchy i hate it

are you running vista?
i always had problems unzipping files into C:/program files with vista
i would try moving ur wolf 1.33 out of ur C:/ folder to ur Username folder (where ur documents and downloads are) then try to unzip it there
