they should have already been on there.. but if not; they should have been loaded in the mappaks with destruction and ice

I want rocket on there also but I have to wait a while to put it cause I don't think many ppl on 1.0 have that map and it will probably kill the server when it comes up.

most old school players have rocket if not we could put a link on the forums for a map pack so it's much faster.

ice, rocket, trenchtoast and I think keep were part of the GOTY (1.33) map pack. I forget if there were any others in it
also new maps don't kill servers quite as much as they used to, the http downloader really helps with that. Custom maps seem to be as readily played as any other non-base map these days

the http downloader is a tool available thru PB you can also get it here: s4ndmod.com/joomla/downloadsthey used to have it as a single download but it appears you need to download PB for it. great tool though. |

Does the pb have to be enabled for it to work? Cause the servers have pb but it is just disabled and do they have to be sandmod 2.4? Cause I am running 2.3 ATM.

I always use the pb client for 1.0 now so I can't tell you. I think I do have the old http downloader program lying around if you want me to upload it, but its quicker and easier to simply run the pb client instead. Not that the old method is involved or difficult in any way either

pb doesnt have to be running on the server for the http downloader to work.

more obj fun today. server is now ABBA, dropreload is off and destruction has been added to the rotation. everyone that was playing seemed to like the dropreload off and so do i, so im going to leave it like that for a while.
