obj rotation server

the rotation server is working now. it is 1 rounds of stopwatch like the *bad* server was. right now it is only default maps untill i get some more d/l and i didnt want anyone to have to d/l anything cause it going to be hard enough to get ppl to play on it as it is. depot is 1 round of gametype 5

maps are:
assault
sub
village
base
beach
castle
depot

im going to post on a couple of forums right now so ppl know its up. maybe we can get at least 1 or 2 days a week where we can get some good games going.
please check it out and post some feedback, good and bad.

well i know on beach allies - 40; axis - 30. but if we did that people wouldnt play lol. maybe we could do it alittle low to make the game fair for running docs, also not too fast to make winning impossible.
