remove drop reload - that shit should be strictly deathmatch, not obj.
add more stopwatch rounds for each map, except depot.

When I get home from work Tuesday I'll make it 2 full rounds of stopwatch ABBA instead of just AB. And we'll can give the no dropreload A try.

If u want this to catch on to the entire 1.0 community and not just obj veterans I'd suggest leaving drop reload on. Players in 1.0 who are used to drop reload and don't have any prior experience with reloading normally will just get frustrated and leave after a couple of rounds. As much as I'd like no drop reload aswell.. imo for obj to be played continuously it should remain on.

well i know on beach allies - 40; axis - 30. but if we did that people wouldnt play lol. maybe we could do it alittle low to make the game fair for running docs, also not too fast to make winning impossible. think u got those times mixed up Imo a good rule of thumb for objective rounds with 3-6 per team: attackers - 20 second respawn defenders- 30 second respawn As for getting 1.0 players to play on the server, I wouldn't be surprised if you do need to compromise with shortened spawns and dropreload etc

pretty funny server,but yeah I agree with Dim...dropreaload should stay how it is...not only that a few guys on 1.0 are not used to anything else it also makes the game faster...and yeah respawn times need a change in case that at depot its about 10sec,ever tried to make the dyno hawt when a Panza spawn every few seconds?...thats nawt funny!... ;D

Axis and allied spawn times are both set at 18 sec on all the maps unless something messed up.

As much as I'd like no drop reload aswell.. imo for obj to be played continuously it should remain on. that's not a good reason. if anyone has played shooters other than rtcw, then i'm pretty sure they get used to reloading again because in other games there is reloading as well. drop reloaded was adopted because it was stuffed down people's throat in DM games. besides, it's not like its an extremely hard skill to pick up. also, make the spawn times for defenders 5 seconds more than attackers. atleast it will be reasonable for now.

It doesn't really matter how easy it is to reaload. Point is that everyone in the wolfentstein 1.0 community is already used to drop reload and they are not going to want to change that. I can gurantee you if drop reload stays on the server will be empty 95 % of the time... and if there are ppl in it will get to a max of 4v4.

18 sec spawns are good - pretty much anything between 12 and 18 is always likable - to prevent spawn-raping like on the *BaD* server unsync the spawn times and make them different times like allies 17 and axis 15.
drop reload - i like it honestly cuz i'm lazy and have gotten use to it. But i'm not against it. I see both sides but do agree that the "majority" of 1.0ers prefer dropload
ABBA is good because it cuts down on the map loading time for quick maps

i have to agree with eagle on the dropreload. i would love to see it gone too but i think it would seriously hurt the server if it was removed.
if you want to unbind your dropreload while you play more power to you, i do it, and honestly, i think it is a lot more fun and challenging. i also think using reload helps a lot with your aim, because youre a little more cautious of your bullets.
