i have a question about keys. say i have a CD key can i give that to someone to use, even while i am using it? or will something bad happen? aside from the obvious of giving it to a hacker or something...

Hmm, when my bros and I used to play back in the day I'm pretty sure one of the people w/ the key would get kicked for "Duplicate CD KEY". This was like 7 or 8 years ago though so my memory on it is pretty faded.

I'm sure your inferring to me in that post as I told you I couldn't come to 1.41 for now since I dont have my original wolf CD Key no more...using a illegit copy (Its 1.0 goddammit). Yeah I'd love to get in the 1.41 scene since I've come back to the game too now, havent seen much of NG on 1.0 in the 1 week of activity i've had recently, guess i'll have to figure a way for a new cd key. |

ok, ive posted this about 5 times before but ill post it again and hopefully itll be read.
nightmare, if you can aquire a cdkey off of someone like clipse then there is a way you can play. you need a keygen (i think i can dig one up, if not air or nosy will have one) and an original key. what you do is put the original key (eclipses) in the cdkey file in main. go into the game, connect to a server (hopefully eclipse isnt playing) and after it hits the awaiting gamestate thingo /quit. go back into main and your cdkey file. copy paste the keygen cdkey into the cdkey file (keep the original cdkey in a different file, as you will have to do this everytime you disconnect from the server). now afaik you should be able to reconnect using the keygen cdkey.
for some reason you have to connect using an original first.

no you can both play because you will be using different guids after he goes through that prcoess.
