I've assigned all of our members a rank. Promotions will be given to members whom show loyalty, leadership skills, and overall good well-being towards the Ng clan.

dont you think thts a little too many ranks lol;? Nope... I'm gonna need co-leaders and what not eventually cuz im not always gonna be running this show byself, but considering i dont know who i want them to be yet im really gonna need ppl to work there way up and prove that the can be leaders, co-leaders, etc. @trag The point for ranks is a respect kind of thing.. members who are higher ranks got these positions for certain reasons and therefore these persons opinions will be of higher value to me in decisions that need to be made within the clan. Ranks also come from ppl who help the clan out.. Drop provided servers and did alot of work with them hence he is LT... Zinger provided vent hence he is sgt. Scott was an original member and is really smart in game-play hence he is sgt. I remember little and big things that everyone does for the clan so as long as u aren't a cancer to the team approving in ranks shouldn't be that hard. |
