started this thread on SOD forums, might as well move it here since me and ecl were talking about cars earlier. My '78 Chevy C10 Shortbed. Smallblock 350 with longtube headers and true duals. Airshocks on the rear (airbags are over rated ) Euro headlights with superwhite bulbs. you'll hardly ever see old trucks with the blue headlights

ruuuusttangs! nah im just playin lol. -just copied this from SOD forums nice truck mamby. i have been thinkin about pickin up an old pickup similiar to that for misc. errands and stuff. i always wanted a pickup but never actually pulled the trigger on one. my alpine white 135 with my buddy's alpine white e30. those wheels arent mine, i was just feelin them out. the "black roof" is actually a vinyl which can peel right off, well if i peeled it off i wouldnt be able to put it back on, so technically its permanent, but will not damage my paint... so im told. :ph43r: i also put a sport bumper on it, i think it looks better than the original, and it lets a lot more air into the engine bay. heres a picture when i first got her, taken by my buddy when we were doing drew's run (a bmw rally for a fallen friend, the idea started when our good friend Drew, an avid bimmer enthusiast, succumbed to cancer at the age of 22. We organized the run to raise money for his family to pay for the funeral costs and what ever else we could. we raised over $8000 and had about 110 cars (all bimmers, and a few VW piles). We had such a great turnout and a ton of fun cruising around the east coast that we made it a yearly thing... it really is a site to see if youre in the carolinas. i have an e21 "hotrod" ('82 320is) too that I don't have pictures of at the moment but that is my true baby. I got it when i was 16 from my pops, he gave it to me with 48k original miles on it. has just over 75k miles now but the clutch is blown, havent gotten around to dropping the tranny and fixing it. And the wife drives an '11 Fusion, just picked up 2 days ago after she wrecked her '09 fusion. its a nice car but its boring as fuck. long read i know, cars are my passion though.

did ya read the post LOL.
the second pic was when i just got the car, you can see several things were changed including the roof, wheels, suspension, and front air dam. although the wheels are back to stockies... for now.
edit: that roundel on the front is the source of all my douchebaggery. if im feelin a little less douchebaggish than normal, i go pray to my roundel and the BMW gods strike me down with douchebaggery for the whole world to enjoy. its a gift really.
