What i've done in the pass is record in wolf, then use fraps to convert the demos in films. Could that work?

that is exactly the same as what I suggested, only using fraps instead of xfire, but I can't give you any help with xfire or fraps because I don't use those programs for recording
The BEST way to record footage always has been (and probably always will be) using cl_avidemo to make image sequences, then turning those into a video. That is the "more technical" option and I'm happy enough to spend a little time on xfire helping you out with that method if you want
Bloxin is about the most computer illiterate person i've ever chatted to online, so the fact that he was able to learn it means it's not particularly difficult, but doing a proper movie is very time consuming. If it's just a really short scene you want done, you can even flick the demo through to me and i'll turn it into an mp4 in about 15 mins
