so my pc has slowly been getting worse with the odd blue screen now and again and fan noises etc and i cbf fixing anything... luckily a fellow ET player was selling his which is better than mine for a decent price i think... thoughts?

I think choosing RAM for gaming rigs/high end PC's is usually worked out based on the number of CPU cores. Thinking of it that way it's only 3GB/core, which sounds reasonable enough to me. It certainly avoids the bottleneck of not having as much as the CPU can handle
