no that looks more like windows with the object dock and the start menu hidden.
macs own for graphics though, no denying that. i have a mac just for Adobe cs3 suite and it runs it great.

Its Windows Vista. I only use a few programs on it so a dock is much easier to use than icons all over the place. Plus it looks nicer.
