I'm new with this whole checking IP and range ban things. If anyone could help me out it would be appreciated. The three IPs on the list that are closest to his IP are as followed (in numerical order).

200.85.216.208-200.85.216.208|
201.50.51.157-201.50.51.157|
201.201.0.0-201.201.255.255|

Smile's IP at the forum - 201.50.86.195

You all right, the Brazilian players has hacker fame, but neither all of them are hacker, I do not be hacker, I always game with "BOW" mine friend from Brazil and he is against cuts, and that video I with Myphoa, that was before him use hack...

according to what you posted smile shouldn't have any trouble coming onto your server. The only range ban of those 3 = oss1 aka vio pulsive @ 201.201

the other 2 lines of bans are single exact ip's that are banned.. not range bans.
and neither match his forum ip.

so unless he was 201.50.51.157 when he played and then it changed to 201.50.86.* when coming to forums, this whole thread is useless.

and tbh, his dumbass youtube video only shows he's a huge lagger and it only shows he really thinks a youtube fragclip proves anything.. and his posts with his engrish are annoying aswell

His video shows that he's not as good at rtcw as he thinks he is and that he doesn't know alot about making gaming movies. The "snaps" in the video are instant change of scene (fuck knows why he chose to end them at the times he did) and there is no way to tell that he is laggy from that footage. The lagometer looks how it always does when viewing a demo and the video quality is too poor to see any real evidence of lag

From where I'm standing you've just ripped into him for things you have no firm evidence of him ever doing. Cut him some slack until you have something a little more concrete, the fact you don't really know him might mean you just haven't noticed him

IP Dynamic, it is an IP that when the pC is turned off IP is changed automatically , in Brazil belongs thus

EX: 201:50 always last number are changed


the number from the beginning, never is changed


and about the video in youtube, if the video is bad, record one better...

pretty sure the ip changes everytime you reset the router, not the pc.

As I've played with the same lag he ahs for many years, I did the same and saw the same thing in any demo that has ever popped up of me. I ripped into him cause I'm tired of bullshit in rtcw, see rtcwdemohackers and notice me ripping into some guy fstr aswell. I'm an asshole nowadays, haven't you noticed?

if he had a go in a foreign language and should receive credit for it he shouldnt be replying stfu to the ONLY POST IN GOOD ENGLISH (grammar + spelling). the ONLY post that would give some kind of help to him with his foreign language, the ONLY post which with a translator should give normal words in his own language (because of spelling).

IMO he didn't "give it a go in a foreign language". He just spoke his own global communicating language (as do all the other south americans with exceptions of a few), engrish, not giving a shit about if it's understandable as long as HE doesn't understand the replies. As have all the other engrish speakers on any forum with the exact same typical posts, which trigger the exact same results.

Like I said, with all the facts, that he was purposely banned (concluded by the banlines from dim's post and forum ip, unless the exception i already gave), it was no coincedence and he can suck my engrish dr1ck. Yes I'm fucking harsh.

Hopefully for him he knows I don't have any say at all here, since he's trying to get unbanned from NG, not UL.

This reminds me of something I said in a pub server a week or two ago. Both Turcka and myself, Trucka, were in there at the same time... people were accusing Turcka of hacking. I wasn't on his team, but a few people on my team decide to start bleeding me and TK'ing me consistently round after round.

I finally snapped and wrote something to the effect of "You stupid spanish pieces of garbage. I know you obviously won't understand this since you don't know english, but I'm not Turcka. Learn to read."

And then I followed up with "God damn, South America really needs to be bombed".

I then had a bunch of righteous assholes asking me where I lived, a few must of done an IP trace, and were like "I know you're in Philidelphia" and I told them I was in Boston. One of them says, "let me guess, you're Irish". I LOL'D my ass off at that.

anyway, regardless of him being a lagger or not, i actually firmly believe that he is hacking. There has been numerous cases of me playing against him, prefiring at me whenever i was getting to close to the corner. for example, once i was up inner walking around not making any noise, and smile being the only axis alive, prefires the corner was close to. that made me chuckle. besides, look at his video, whenever he's against a wall, his crosshair is pretty close to where the target would be.
