Server is back up. It had a corrupt banned.txt or something like that. I couldnt see it on my server list though. Not sure if it just my list or if not not on there. So just
/connect 174.132.18.149:27960 if its not on your list and let me know so i can get it fixed.

it's not on the list this happens because of too many server restarts, just stop the server/s for 3-5 hours then turn it back on.
