So I figured we should start a new thread for this. Biggz has issued a challenge on the CB website for the following two times:
13:00:00 Sunday December 02, 2012 in Australia/Sydney (GMT+11)
03:00:00 Sunday December 02, 2012 in CET (euro)
21:00:00 Saturday December 01, 2012 in EST/GMT-5 (US east coast)
or
13:00:00 Saturday December 01, 2012 in Australia/Sydney (GMT+11)
03:00:00 Saturday December 01, 2012 in CET (euro)
21:00:00 Friday November 30, 2012 in EST/GMT-5 (USA east coast)
I'm guessing you guys are not keen on either of those times, so if you can work out what times will work for you and let us know, we can hopefully find something mutually doable. Keep in mind that most of our team are 16 hours ahead of east coast time
We prefer weekend matches where we can work to a wider range of times (13:00 AEDT/GMT+11 till late seems to work ok for us). We may also be able to play late on weeknights, but some of us will have work the next day or other commitments during the week that make these times more difficult
Also, would you be interested in playing the match on shrub instead of OSP?

Don't the rules state that it has to be OSP? At least that's what I remember seeing.
As for the times, I doubt I could make it for any of them. Weekends aren't good for me, lets see what the rest say.

I'm not sure on the rules, the question was really just an afterthought from a discussion with stable last week and I haven't even suggested it to anyone in our team apart from dash. I would expect it to be permissible provided both teams agree in advance
Lets push that discussion aside for now anyway, as it will just be semantics if we can't find a suitable time for both teams

Yeah, we should just concentrate on a solid date and time. Do you have any other times you can purpose? Such as a Thursday night or even Wensday?

Wed/Thurs night for you guys will be midday Thurs/Fri for us. Ordinarily I could probably arrange a day off work as a one-off, but I will be in Auckland for most of this week and will definitely need to be in the office on Friday. I'll run it past the rest of the team, but I suspect they're all in similar situations

nice air. maybe with you daky and the couple who can do weekends we could still play this match.
we will have our next match the sat night again probably but im pretty sure we would all want to play you guys before our other one if oyu guys would be interested in tryna field a team?
even maybe sign up a new player or two whos more keen on being involved in the cup than the current who would show.

Majority of us want to play, but the times everyone has purposed so far from any team is on the weekends, I work every 2nd weekend and the weekends I have off I'm usually doing over time anyways, therefore Friday to Sunday it's hard to get on. Any other day of the week is fine for me, along with many others. |

yea but everyone kinda knew most matches would be weekends like most games espec sunday nights.
just an idea though, get back to us if you guys are keen with the guys who can do weekends.
because with air back, daky on ur team and the couple who could do weekends could be possibility. then once you guys play a match yas will love it then return next match hopfully haha!!
