Just tried it out and I gotta say its pretty awesome, most fun I've had on a FPS in a while. The game play is similar to wolf in the sense that there isn't recoil on the guns which is nice, the only thing you really have to get used to is shooting ahead of the player cuz everyone is flying around really fast and shit. It's also not like most modern games where you die in a couple of shots when u get hit, it takes multiple shots to get yourself killed(kinda like wolf). It was really easy to get the hang of and skiing all over the place is a lot of fun. I've only played deathmatch so far but I know they have capture the flag and a few other things. Recommend it to anyone, alot of fun for a free game. another one to check out if you havent already is Urban Terror.
theres a ladder revival going on the CG Aus ladder at the moment. its also said to be pretty similiar to wolf, from what ive seen it looks like a mix of wolf/cs.
ive heard tribes is good and bad from different people.
anyone played brink? more wolf influence there.
