Before every clip maybe you can announce who's about to play such as if my clip is about to be played it will announce "Tragic" Or something like that. I've seen it in some of your other videos. wouldn't be a bad idea what you mentioned tragic but then that kind of limits blox to where he can put each clips, so instead of making clips correspond to which part of the video hes think that they fit in best, he just has to basically put all the demos in order by who's playing in the vid.. know what im sayin? idk, if blox likes the idea then obviously i'm cool w/ it, just don't want anything to limit his creativity and in this case i think it really might.

yeah im sure blox's vids will be sick no matter what they're like. if you get less credit for your frags to make the video better then im all for it

Options for this name thing:

1. Keep using doing it as is and just make a note in the readme/credits showing which name corresponds to which player. Probably the quickest and easiest to implement.

2.a) Edit the name into each scene. A fairly common practice in et and quake vids, lots of room for creativity with font, texture and/or additional symbols

b) an optional extension of the previous suggestion is to turn off the console messages, allowing you to edit in the appropriate names for each scene. Same advantages apply as far as control goes, but takes even more work to implement


Personally I'd opt to put the information in the readme/credits, but if you want to try one of the other options just be sure about it, movies can be time consuming enough without making more work for yourself

hey i just remembered i have already recorded everything in the way the trailer looks and its over 60gig of video so would take too long to do again.
